Basic information

This data protection declaration should inform users of this website about the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the website operator.

Tools used

As the website operator, we use a content management system (CMS) including all plugins in a way that is fully GDPR-compliant. As part of the setting options, the CMS employed and all plugins used are configured deliberately such that no cookies can be set by us and at the same time no user data are tracked.

Which data we collect and process

We, as the website operators or website hosts, collect data about accesses to the website on the basis of our legitimate interest (cf. art. 6 par. 1 letter f. GDPR) and store these on the website server as “server log files”. The following data are logged in this way:

  • Type of browser with which you access it
  • The website you visited previously
  • Your system configuration as well as the date and time.

IP addresses are collected only if required for the provision of our services. Otherwise, IP addresses are deleted or anonymised.

Log files are stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. The data are stored for security reasons, e.g. to be able to resolve cases of misuse. If it is necessary to record data for reasons of proof, they are excluded from deletion until the incident has been conclusively resolved.

If deletion cannot be implemented because the data are required for permissible lawful purposes, the data processing is restricted.
