From shipbuilding to tank construction: our company history
There is more to our history than container construction. Initially, the company was founded in 1927 as a shipyard for constructing ships. After a ban on shipbuilding on the Weser was imposed, the family business had to reposition its focus and became increasingly specialized in container construction.
Nowadays, we supply both private companies and municipal clients throughout Europe, who we continue to impress with our customized and highly adaptable container solutions. In doing so, we never lose sight of our commitment to quality. Now in its fourth generation, Bergsiek represents reliability, competence and humanity.
