Each container is manufactured according to your requirements, but customized superstructures and tailor-made containers are also possible.

We can develop your individual project for any type of vehicle as a horizontal or interchangeable system up to a total length of 11,300 mm.

As each project is individual, the manufacturing time may vary depending on the scope and equipment. However, our extensive experience in container construction enables a significantly shorter processing time. As a result, your container can be ready in approx. 12-20 weeks.

We use high-quality, durable materials to ensure that our vehicle superstructures are as long-lasting and resilient as possible. For example, our pressure tanks are made from either steel (S235JR, S355GH, P265GH) or stainless steel (1.4301, 1.4571) with a thickness ranging from 3 to 8 mm. In addition, wear-resistant steels (S700, XAR 500, Hardox 450) in thicknesses from 2.5 to 12 mm may also be used. We will gladly meet your technical requirements.

Here we cater entirely to your individual requirements. We can sandblast your container in-house and then coat it as required, from a 2K to epoxy resin coating.

We are a TÜV-certified specialist welding company in accordance with AD 2000 Merkblatt HP-0 / TRD 201 and DIN ISO 3834-2 with over 40 years of experience and TÜV-certified welders in accordance with DIN EN ISO 15614-1, enabling us to manufacture even the most demanding projects and pressure vessels.
